“St. Visarion Smolenski” church

“St. Visarion Smolenski” church is an orthodox temple, consecrated on July 2, 2006. It is named after Visarion – a local bishop and a martyr of the 17^th century. The main room of the building has an area of ​​382 m², the diameter of the central dome is 17m., and the height of the steeple is 32 m. The church has 11 bells made ​​in Russia, the largest of which weighs two tons. Main iconostasis is made by Kancho Tsanev and the icons were painted by a group of painters, led by Elena Vladimrova and Dechko Detchev.
